To discover the “origins” of Dieffe divani, we have to go back in time, in 1974, when Michele Focarazzo – a young upholsterer, who started to practice this profession at a very early age – gave life to the company Focar Salotti, specialized in the production of upholstered furniture. Thanks to the close collaboration with a team of trusted artisans, Michele carried out countless projects in his 30-year career.
In 2001, Gianluca, son of the founder Michele, joined the team. The activity of Focar developed consistently in time: new business relationships were established and sofas, armchairs and other type of upholstered furniture started to be shipped abroad and to be sold on foreign markets. The company structure was completely reshuffled: the new Show Room opened, where fully handmade classical and modern models could be showcased targeting, in particular, Italian clients.
The need of develop a new approach became crucial and Focar decided to renovate its internal structure. The leading team wants to renovate the company modelling it according to the needs of the younger generations.
Gianluca founded Dieffe divani in 2011, a young and dynamic company still faithful to the past heritage but also looking to the future.
Dieffe products result from an attentive artisan production, designed and crafted to fulfil the needs of individual clients, with roduction processes developed according to a step-by-step approach.
